Parrot Writer is an AI-powered writing assistant that helps users create content that matches their writing style.

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Damage to our service

You agree not to misuse, interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Engaging in activities that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempting to bypass security measures, access restricted areas, or exploit vulnerabilities in the system.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Parrot Writer and its licensors. The content generated by Parrot Writer's Writer, Rephrase and Research feature will not be considered the property of Parrot Writer.

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Parrot Writer, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible or tangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
